The Basics
Children ages 0-5: 1000 Books Before Kindergarten
This program is for children from birth until he or she enters Kindergarten. Children will log the number of books they read either through Beanstack or on a paper tracking sheet, and will be eligible to win prizes for every 100 books read. If you would like to register your child, you may come in and sign up or register through Beanstack
Join our Stick to it! Spring reading challenge! Get ready to Read, Grow, and Bloom as you read some of your favorite books this Spring. Log your minutes to earn badges, and don’t forget to stop by the library when you complete the challenge to pick up a fantastic book and treasure chest prize.

The Children’s Department is located on the lower level of the Bradford Memorial Library. We offer books and media geared toward children from birth to age 12.
