Author Veda Rogers will be visiting Bradford Memorial Library to share her new book, inspired by the diary of Louisa Ehrichs Schwanbeck. Louisa “Lula” Schwanbeck documented her life on a western Kansas farm during the Great Depression, the Dust Bowl, and World War II—offering a powerful glimpse into the past.
